Bathroom bathroom by Tu Mewn Cyfyngedig

This retired couple moved into a new home and decided to renovate their home around their personal style as they felt it was slightly outdated. The clients wanted the look to be in keeping with the traditional look of the house and not appear too modern.

The clients visited the showroom and immediately had taken a liking to the Tetbury range on display and felt this was the ideal look for their bathroom in the painted Pewter finish. After initial discussions about the bathroom layout and design, we visited the customer’s house and measured the room to start planning their bathroom space. Once the CAD design layout was presented to the clients, the colour scheme was the next stage in the process in pairing elements of the bathroom together followed by choosing which bathroom to build into their design scheme.

This project was a whole bathroom renovation from start to finish which included the removal and disposal of old bathroom suite and tiles, and managing the fix of all plumbing and electrical work including new downlighters and fan. Other major works included the re-plastering of walls in hallway and bathroom ceiling, fitting of the under floor heating, tiling of all walls and floor including adhesive and grout.

Designer's Tip:

"The three main important points to planning a bathroom is layout, appearance and storage. We help our customers achieve this through good knowledge and experience."
